Chip Olson is a leader and veteran of the real estate industry. Seeing a need for a different kind of real estate consultancy, he combined his education in accounting and his experience as a court-appointed receiver with his decades in the real estate industry to found RE1 Advisor. The RE1 Advisor network is ever-expanding to meet the coast-to-coast needs of clients based across the USA. The network of real estate asset professionals, as well as the Naples-based team bring services that are new to the industry and in high demand from consumers who own or are inheriting real estate nationwide and are considering their generational transition options. Chip and the network have a strategic goal to listen, provide a plan and support the needs of clients across the country. Whether it is a family farm in Iowa, a commercial building or an oceanfront second home – the professionals at RE 1 Advisor provide guidance through all aspects of buying, managing, and selling real assets. Chip, originally from Wisconsin, has a passion for long distance biking and is very involved in his Naples and SW Florida community.
Tim Guerrette started his 27-year law enforcement career in 1990 following a 4-year tour in the United States Air Force. He is currently serving as Captain of the Patrol Division at the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. Tim holds degrees in Criminal Justice, Business and a Master’s degree in Administration from Barry University. In 2013, Tim attended the 254 Session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. He is a certified instructor for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, National Association of Realtors and actively instructs for the Office of the Attorney General of Florida, CPSI, Southwest Florida Criminal Justice Academy, and the Collier County Sheriff’s Office Leadership Academy. Tim is a past Executive Board member of the Florida Gang Investigators Association and Youth Haven, an emergency shelter for abused and neglected children in Collier County. Tim has had the privilege to offer instruction to thousands of law enforcement officers, military personnel, educators, and citizens in nearly all fifty states on the topics of leadership, gangs, drug investigations, school resource officer training and school violence.
